Cycled collections in the Featured category appear to be capped to the 15 more recent created or migrated to 2.0, regardless of date added to curated collections. Mine was just added yesterday, but right out of the gate is ineligible to actually be featured because the collection on 2.0 was started early in the migration process, despite being newer when taking into account 1.0 creation dates.
