NFT's not showing or giving wrong info

When I open up my Singular-space I see a 'Nana' on sale for 8.5 KSM. I delisted this one 5 days ago. When I click on the image it shows that it's not listed. (Having this issue with multiple NFT's)

I also bought a Shiba NFT yesterday. It doesn't pop up on my search bar and can't be found in my Space unless I go directly to the inventory of my Punk where it is equipped:

Also when browsing for NFT's on the marketplace I'm having display issues. See images for context.

Also (lol, I keep on going but I can't be the only one with these problems right?) I transferred more than 600 NFT's from one wallet to another, 48 hours later I can still see NFT's in my first wallet. When I click on the NFT it shows the correct wallet.

Also, when I see my Youdle-accessoires for sale, I don't see the 'Sale'-price, but I think I'm seeing the price after royalties are taken off (and a tiny bit extra it seems). See images for context.
