Looks like this item has no resources (looking at "resources" section in the SYNC dump for v2 for this nft). Not sure how many/which other NFTs are affected. Certainly at least one more, per the picture.

Just a guess but this might be related to the change in the meta specs some time ago (image -> mediaUri) with the kanaria site using the old specs and because of that not recognizing the new ones
