Add kanaria link to user's space and vice versa

It is currently hard to learn about Singular if you're only exposed to Kanaria. It is also hard to find out about Kanaria if you're only exposed to Singular. Add a link to each platform's user space leading to that same user's alternative platform space, preferably with a count indicator to show presence, i.e. "Kanaria nest (873 NFTs)".
