Currently the bird history table does not show info about alternative resources being added or accepted. This is an important value add of rmrk2 nfts and should be reflected - showing when a resource was proposed, and when it was accepted and by whom. When the issuer == accepter it should say "resource xxx added", otherwise it should say "resource xxx proposed / accepted"
